The Secrets of Being Happy...

This video that I just found today is timely.

Imagine, I was just contemplating on why a lot of people think that they can find happiness elsewhere.
So, most of them would consistently find fault with their own life experiences,
and hope that someone else's life was theirs to enjoy.
They think that earning that state of pure and enjoyable childlike cheerfulness is so elusive.

This video may change their initial perceptions on that.

It changed mine.

It made me ponder on why it is so easy for people to overlook those things that really matter most:
those moments that can bring back a joyful smile,
a playful spirit,
a grateful heart,
and one's zest for life.

What about you? What do you think?
Is happiness really that difficult to find?
Or you're just making it difficult for yourself?

Watching the video may change your dismal perceptions.

I'm happy to say sis that I already found my happiness. Some people just neglect simple things that can make them happy. They should be happy knowing that they are here in the world and breathing.

I'm so happy that you've found your source of happiness, sis. Yes, some people neglect those simple things... It's sad, isn't it?
