Books for middle graders are some of the books I like to
read. So, I got myself a copy of this one.

when my son was younger and he wanted to see How To Train Your Dragon, I made him a deal -- read the book and THEN I will take you to see the movie. He counter offered and said "If I read the book, will you?" So we've been doing this ever since. Now he's into the YA genre! :)

I love books for kids, middle graders. My son's almost ten and we read all the time. Just finished The Magician's Elephant. Interesting book, lots of big words and twist on language, and that's great, I think.

I haven't heard of this one, but I do love a good middle grade story. I read them to my littles all the time.
I've been reading a lot of middle grade/YA books this year. One is never too old to enjoy them! :)
Young readers aren't my favorite. I think it's because I always want more. :)

I'm really glad I happened upon your blog. Young Adult is a genre that I'd like to get more familiar with. I've been told that I should write a children's book but I think I'm more drawn to YA. Will be fun to get to know if this genre fits with my style or if I can tailor my style to fit the genre. You've given me lots to think about. Thanks for that!

I loved anything by Louis Sachar when I was young. I'm just introducing him to my younger cousins now and they think he is hilarious!
Some books for the younger set are better than books for adults. As a children's author, I strive to make the book engaging for all ages.
